Mark Jooma
Founder
Mark began his construction career in 2001, building luxury homes in Atlanta, GA. As his business began to grow, he found that the new construction market was lacking homes that were functional for families. It was then that he decided to move his building projects to the Chattanooga area and provide luxury new construction to the families of East Tennessee by founding K&M Homes.
Mark has proudly built over 300 homes since the start of his career in 2001. He has built K&M Homes through not only building high quality homes, but building life-long relationships with his clients. Mark is immensely proud to hold the title of Chattanooga’s 2019 Best of the Best Home Builder and the quality of his work reflects why the business holds this title.
Kelly Jooma
Co-Founder / Agent
Kelly is K&M Homes’ exclusive real estate agent and one of the top realtors in the Chattanooga and North Georgia areas. With over 10 years of real estate experience, she grew her business from the ground up and founded the Jooma Team with Keller Williams Realty. Kelly's history in the area combined with her extensive knowledge of real estate and new construction leaves all of her clients with an experience that just can't beat.
